At what time is check-in?

For non-members check-in is 2pm and members/exchange guests 4pm.

At what time is check-out?

Check-out is at 10am. Unfortunately due to our high occupancy levels late check outs can not be accommodated on Fridays.  However please ask about our late check out availability for all other days.

Do you offer handicapped rooms?

We do not have any “disabled” apartments however one apartment does have some disable friendly facilities.

Is parking available at the Resort?

Each apartment has one dedicated parking bay.

Can I reserve a parking lot?

If you need a second parking space this can be organized through reception. Cost is $10 (off season) and $15 (peak season) per night or $70 per week.

What are the reception opening hours?

Reception is open 9am to 5pm Saturday to Thursday and Fridays from 8am to 6:30pm.

Can I bring my pet?

Due to Health Regulations no animals are allowed.

Is Wi-Fi available at the Resort?

Wi-Fi is available at a charge. Please see Reception about the rates

What size are the apartments?

The one bedroom apartments, consist of a bedroom with a Queen Size bed. A dining area, fully equipped kitchen, living area and bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. The bathroom also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. The two bedroom apartment consist of a main bedroom with Queen Size bed and an ensuite bathroom. with a shower, toilet and vanity.   Some ensuites also have a corner bath. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity, washer and dryer.

Do you have pool towels?

Yes, you can rent a pool towel at a cost of $2 for the duration of your stay.

Can I smoke at the Resort?

All apartments are strictly non-smoking. All areas of the Resort are also non-smoking.  We do have areas just outside the resort premises fitted with cigarette trays.

Does the Resort have barbeque areas?

There are four free gas barbeques for guests and their families to use.

Is public transport easily available?

Yes, Transperth buses depart from a bus stop directly across the road from the Resort. The bus runs all the way to Mandurah Train Station, where you can embark on a train that will take you directly to Perth or even to the South West.

What kind of activities does your Resort offer?

The Resort offers a large outdoor pool and Kiddies Pool. There are three Outdoor Spas, an Indoor Heated Pool and Indoor Heated Spa. We also have a Sauna, Squash Court, Full Tennis Court, Half Tennis Courts, Kiddies Games room, Adults Games room and Mini Golf Course. All equipment can be booked at Reception.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Please contact the Resort directly.  Lost property items are held for a maximum of one month and then are donated to local charities.

Do the apartments have hairdryers in the bathrooms?

Yes, there is a hairdryer supplied.

Is there an iron and ironing board?

Yes, an iron and ironing board is supplied.

Is linen provided?

Yes, all linen and towels are provided

Is there cutlery in the apartments?

Yes, all the apartments have fully equipped kitchens.

How far is the beach from the Resort?

The beach is about a two minute walk at the end of the street.

Can I get newspapers at the Resort?

When booking in, advise our Receptionist that you would like to receive a newspaper every day.

Is there a shopping centre nearby?

Yes, there is a small shopping centre across the road and other shopping centres in the vicinity.

What other activities does the Resort offer?

Saturdays we hold a free sausage sizzle at our BBQ area.  Monday afternoons we invite our guests to join us for a welcome drink in the Adult Lounge. On Tuesday nights we take our guests to Mandurah Greyhounds. We also do bookings for you over the phone or online should you wish to visit Rottnest Island or go for a Dolphin Cruise.  Some tours and events are subject to minimum numbers.
